Oberhof without fog would be perfect. Also Ruhpolding and Antholz are great.

Role model?
Everyone who believe 100% in what they are doing and can reach their goals. All of us can not be the best ones in races or work or at school, but one can be satisfied with less.

Olympic selection to Turin 2006 (there was only one Finnish biahtlete!)
